About the Recipe
In many cultures, the number seven is considered lucky, symbolizing luck and prosperity. In the spirit of good fortune, the BFP has created a seven day (or 21 doses-worth) supplemental powder.
This powder allows for more flexibility around your specific needs while ensuring you have your supplements prepared in advance for the week to save valuable time and ease dosing burden.

Preparation
Weekly DIY Powder Preparation:
Purpose:Â To make dosing simpler and save time, you can prepare your powder for the whole week in advance. This can still be adjusted based on individual needs.
Equipment Needed:
A kitchen mixer or grinder that can handle dry materials and has a capacity of at least 1.5 liters (examples: Philips HL7759/00, Thermomix), or a vigorous shaking from someone with the strength to do so.
Storage containers (like empty tubs or buckets) for keeping the prepared powder.
Large kitchen scales for measuring servings.
Preparation Steps:
Mixing:Â Follow the far-right column in the protocol's table for the amount of powder (or number of capsules to open) to mix together in your mixer or grinder.
Storing: Transfer the mixed powder into storage containers. If you don’t have a suitable mixer, you can mix the powder directly in the storage container by shaking it vigorously.
Dosing:Â To find out how much to take per serving, divide the total weight of your prepared powder by 21. For example, if you have 615g of powder, each serving would be 29.3g.
Usage:
Take the DIY powder 3 times a day, 15-30 minutes before meals. This replaces the previous supplement schedule.
For those new to this, start with a quarter of the normal dose and gradually increase to the full dose.
Adjustments for Stages 2 and 3:
Some ingredients like NAC, ALA, and spirulina have increased doses in later stages. In these cases, use the amounts listed for the current stage you are in, replacing/increasing earlier amounts where indicated.
