About the Recipe

DIY Antiseptic Recipe: Nasopharynx Clean and Flush, Dental Rinse, Topical Spray

NB. Due to the die-off effect when killing fungi, using this antiseptic recipe while not using the other supplements from Stage 1 may be unnecessarily unpleasant and exacerbate symptoms.

Here's a summarized version of the instructions for clarity and understanding:

Nasal Rinse Usage:
1. Position: Lie on your back, head tilted back, and breathe through your mouth.
2. Application: Drip approximately 6 drops of the solution into each nostril.
3. Incubation: Let the solution reach the nasopharynx and incubate for a minute. Expect a burning sensation if the tissue is infected.
4. Frequency: If burning occurs, indicating infection, repeat daily until clear. The process becomes easier over time.
5. Technique: Rotate your head slowly to each side and gently equalize pressure in your ears to allow the solution access to the Eustachian tubes.
6. Completion: Blow or purge your nose afterward, leaving residue behind.
7. Aftercare: Consider using a nasal probiotic. See Probiotic list for details.

Topical Antiseptic Usage:
1. Cleaning: Clean the affected area.
2. Application: Spray or apply the solution. Use a cotton tip for ear canal or rectal application.

Dental Rinse Usage:
1. Preparation: Brush and floss as usual.
2. Application: Apply a few drops to the tongue and gums, or use more to gargle and spit. Expect an unpleasant flavor.

Safety Notes:
- Small amounts reaching the throat are not harmful, but intentional ingestion can be.
- Consider using standard Sinugator or Sinus Rinse products for up to a week as a gentler introduction.
- Consult a pharmacist about using lidocaine or other analgesics for numbing.

Additional Products:
- Floraphage and IgG2000 from Stage 2 can be used in other mucosal tissues.

Note: Remember, strong reactions may occur initially, and it's advised to use detox support supplements as part of Stage 1 of the protocol.
