About the Recipe
Before starting with this antiseptic recipe, it might be beneficial to begin with a softer approach. Consider using the original Sinugator or Sinus Rinse products as detailed earlier for about a week in advance.
And for more sensitive infected tissues, eg. ocular and vaginal infections, a pH balanced rinse / douche can also be effective.
It's important to note that regardless of the specific recipe used, initial applications may lead to significant die-off reactions. Therefore, both the gentle and full power BFP antiseptic mixes should be employed only after incorporating metabolic and detox support supplements as part of Stage one of the protocol.
Ingredients
Ingredients:
500 mL boiled and cooled water
5 g sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)
5 g NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine)
1/4 teaspoon boric acid
10 drops of 5% Lugol's iodine
Preparation
Steps:
Prepare Water
• Start with 500 mL of boiled water that has been allowed to cool.
Mix Sodium Bicarbonate and NAC
• In the water, dissolve 5 g of sodium bicarbonate and 5 g of NAC. This will cause an acid-base reaction and release gas, leading to a pH-balanced solution.
Add Boric Acid and Iodine
• Stir in 1/4 teaspoon of boric acid to create a 1.5-2% solution. Then, add 10 drops of 5% Lugol's iodine. Mix well.
Specific Applications:
Eyebath:
Use approximately 30 mL of the solution to gently bathe each eye, including cleaning the eyelids and lashes.
Urethral Application:
Administer 5-30 mL of the solution using a large, needleless syringe at the opening.
Vaginal Application:
Use approximately 120 mL with a suitable douche tool. Keep hips and legs elevated for 30 minutes. (Douche Tool Link)
Lung Application:
Administer approximately 5 mL via a nebulizer. (Nebulizer Link)
Sinuses and Eustachian Tubes:
Add this solution to the Neilmed Sinugator reservoir for use.
Additional Notes:
Floraphage and IgG2000 products from Stage 2 of the protocol can be used in other mucosal tissues to neutralize unwanted species and antigens.
Commercial preparations are available for sensitive areas.
You can also use pH-balanced rinses or douches.
Seek medical guidance for ocular and vaginal infections.
Caution:
Always consult a healthcare professional before trying new health procedures, especially for sensitive areas like eyes and lungs.
