Preparation
Fill a teacup/mug/coffee cup with filtered, boiling water
Fill tea strainer with a little less than half a teaspoon of black seeds
Dip seed-filled strainer into the hot water for 30 seconds and hold
Remove strainer after 30 seconds
Add a teaspoon of raw/unfiltered natural honey
Let cool to drinkable temperature
